A kind soul but....

I am feeling very upset at the moment and am trying hard not to give up completely! People have been so wonderful here on Fluff that it brings me much joy and escape from my 'real' life. I wnat to keep you updated as things kick into high gear. My oncologist has given me only a matter of weeks to live, and I am having a hard time accepting this as I feel good physically. I thought that I would have to feel weak and be in pain. I have aches and the occasional headache but nothing that would suggest this. The doctor tell me that it will progress rather quickly and my health will deteriorate rapidly, but really how can he be sure. The range of emotions that I have been going through are more tiring than the disease at the moment. How can anyone really be prepared for their own mortality, I think I would have preferred for it to be not known, but in saying that I have the chance to say my goodbyes and do things I want to do. I have had a good life, I have seen the world and experienced life. I have wonderful friends and loving parents, and it is them that i worry about now, well in between my lapses into self pity. I dont know how this will go but I will try to update daily (if I can find time in between petting and gifting!)

UPDATE: 14 September 2009
My doctors have discovered that my cancer has spread to both my brain and bones. I am still going to undertake chemotherapy in the hope of extending my time. The doctors have given me a time frame to look at, but i have seen many people defy the odds and live well beyond this limit. I have had some very dark days, these last few, and I am sure that I will have more to come. However I will try to remain strong and I will remember that tears can help us at times. I would ask that anyone who reads this please keep me in your prayers.

Thankyou everyone for all your kind word and thoughts (and prayers). I would like to share with you all a bit about me and my cancer battle. I was first diagnosed in 1998 with breast cancer. I had surgery to remove the lump and then underwent radiation therapy. I made a good recovery adn was cancer free up until early this year when my mamogram found a mass, on closer examination the oncologist discovered that the original had indeed returned and mestatisized. I have since had a double mastectomy and lymph node removal. And now I ma undertaking chemotherapy to extend my time. The doctors are not optimistic but I AM! I know I can beat this and if I cant Iknow that my family and friends whom I have already lost will be waiting for me wherever it is I am to go.
During my first treatment 10 years ago I met some wonderful women with extraordinary stories of courage, and they give me strength. Lila, our angel, was still only a child, 19, in 1999 when she lost her battle, but she held herself with such grace and was more interested in making sure everyone around her was okay. Samantha was my other bus buddy (we caught the cancer bus to treatment together) she was a single mother of 3 beautiful daughters all under the age of 5 and she was only 25. SHe managed her treatment and her family with very little support and remained optimistic during the whole ordeal. Samantha has remained cancer free and went on to have another child a son and is now happily married. She is here on facebook and my greatest support! My other friend Aileen passed away recently, she was Lila's mum, and she became somewhat like my mum to during my treatment. She saw us all through our cancer only to be struck down herself last year, she fought to the end adn most importantly she never stopped living, her last holiday she went away to Egypt determined to keep a promise to her daughter. These 3 women are my role models for strngth and courage and they are the reason why I will never give up fighting and being optimistic.
I will beat it!

I hope she will continue to be optimistic and get well soon.... Let's pray for her... God bless ...

I would like to nominate Phoenix Lim. She has been saving hard for the Phoenix fund right before the mm phoenix went into LE Shop. I still remembered she got so excited when i texted her during work time that there's going to be a MM Phoenix. LOL

She can't get online during work time. So one day before the MM went into LE shop, she send me LG for my safe keeping. In the next morning, she texted me to check whether anyone is selling the MM. But then LE prices are crazy.

She wanted the MM Phoenix so badly . Just to let you know one of her chinese name means Phoenix in English and she also give herself a English name as Phoenix too. I never have seen someone as crazy as her . Hehe !

悶悶不樂

最近總是悶悶不樂的，慘了。。。。最近的確發生了好多東西又讓我攢牛角尖了。。。心里總覺得好委屈所以有這種感覺吧。

可能是這該死的氣候吧，搞到大家都火氣很大。

讀了以上的故事會覺得我很像輕舞飛揚嗎？曾經有位網絡朋友說我很像輕舞飛揚，就 send 了以上故事好讓我慢慢讀。。。讀過后，淚也留下來了，因為有些感觸，自己也覺的有點像輕舞飛揚。。。唯獨跟她不相同的是沒她那么勇敢愛的轟轟烈烈。

我意外康復后也在 Facebook 換了我的電腦寵物，本來是養了只狗，就把它換成了一只美麗漂亮的蝴蝶。我給它取名為 ‘ 輕舞飛揚 ’英文稱作 ‘ Flying Dance ’，然后我所養的電腦寵物比如在 ‘ Pet Pet 愛作戰 ’，‘Pet Society’ , ‘ Farm Town’ 也取名為 ‘ 輕舞飛揚’。

最近在玩 ‘ Farm Town’ 時，我的一位 Facebook 朋友， Yvonne Oerlemans ( Australia ) 問我 Flying Dance 是什么意識。于是我告訴她，Flying Dance 是指一只蝴蝶飛時后的優美動作，讓人看起來好像是在跳舞。

我也很想像輕舞飛揚那樣，雖然很不幸患上了紅斑狼瘡癥但是永遠的活在每個曾經接觸過的人的心中。我很幸運我現在病情是屬于緩解 ( remission ) 但還是很擔心會有一天復發 ( relapse ) 所以我現在把很多事情也看開了，盡量活得開心，希望天天美麗心情。 ^^

天呀！我患了網絡綜合癥了嗎？最近看見一遍雜志里的文章。。。

【病發原因】整天上網，通宵達目地玩網上游戲，飯也忘了吃，而閃爍的屏幕是引起疲勞和產生視覺不良癥狀的重要原因。

【癥狀】炫目，眼晴紅腫，神經衰弱和身體酸痛。

【如何應對】操作電腦時，沒使用1小時電腦一定要休息10分鐘，每次上網時間最好不要超過5小時。

嘻。。看來我還沒至于那么嚴重啦。。。我是有吃飯，洗澡和幫忙做些家務的。。。有位好朋友也最近 send 給我一個 link 題目是：Spend less time on Facebook and get a life !!

恋爱的云

云儿和风儿在一个春天开始了他们的恋爱。

许多季节过去了，云儿依稀记得那个春天的夜晚，在太阳公公睡去之后的那个灿烂的星空下，与她并肩漂游于星空下的风儿突然问她：“可以让我爱你吗？”

云儿笑着问风儿：“怎样爱？”

风儿说：“就这样爱-以后每次和我巧遇，我就会像这段日子这样，陪你一阵。我们就这样在不刻意的相遇下相依，一直到我离去，一直到再也遇不见的那天。”

云儿听后，说了一声好。隔天，云儿就目送风儿离去。

没有风儿相伴的日子，云儿在蓝天下告诉了太阳她的等待，太阳听后告诉云儿说，恋爱只会让她忧愁，云儿在夜幕中也告诉了月亮她的盼望，月亮听后告诉云儿说，恋爱只会让她哭泣。云儿后来也在月亮的注视下告诉了星星她的渴望，星星听后告诉云儿说：“恋爱预言了你即将不再是现在的你。”

可是那个时候的云儿是快乐的，她说她原意忧愁，也愿意哭泣，甚至也愿意不再是自己。

然而风儿自那次之后，一直没有再出现过。于是云儿渐渐开始懂得了忧愁，她沉重的心情终于让她在一个秋天的夜晚里哭泣。她化成了点点雨滴，飘落在秋天枯萎了的大地。

她静悄悄的躲到了大地的怀里。从此之后只有大地知道她恋爱的秘密，从此以后也只有大地知道她曾经是一朵恋爱的云。

Abdullah trapped in lift for 30 mins

PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was trapped in a lift for 30 minutes when the doors jammed at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.

The Prime Minister, accompanied by Malacca Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Khalil Yaakob and Public Service Department (PSD) director-general Tan Sri Ismail Adam, had taken the lift to the concourse where he was to deliver a speech at the PSD Diamond Jubilee celebrations at 10.30am.

In his speech at the function later, Ismail touched on the unfortunate incident.

“When we reached the concourse, the lift would not open, so we had to spend about half an hour in there while waiting for someone to pry open the doors.

“We did not panic and all was calm until the doors were finally opened for us to get out and join all of you,” he said.

He apologised to the guests-of-honour saying that it was not the welcome he would have hoped for.

Abdullah later launched the celebrations and showed no sign of having been affected by the incident.

In his speech, Abdullah said the PSD must work wholeheartedly to push for excellence in achieving the ever-changing goals in an ever-changing environment.

He said the department was the backbone of implementing government policies which ensured that the country maintained its competitiveness.

He said the PSD was behind every change and shift in the country’s de-velopment since its inception in 1934 and was also key in ensuring the effectiveness of the public service sector.

As such, he said the level of success the department was constantly trying to achieve was high and it needed to be capable of making dynamic changes to ensure that its service was at its best.

“There is no end to the challenges that the PSD faces, especially in dealing with the expectations of the leaders and the public, but I am happy to see that it has risen to the challenges each time,” he said.

I was surprised when i read today's newspaper which carries the news that our PM, Datuk Seri Abdullah was trapped in a lift for 30 mins at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.Never did I expect out PM was also having the same predicament with my mommy.

Yup!! Mommy was trapped in a lift alone at the Kompleks Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat Barat for 15 mins.Apparently, mommy went there to pay assessment fee on the 12th floor and while she was on her way down to the ground floor, the cursed lift stucked on what she believed to be the 8th floor.Needless to say, the lift was very dark and no electricity so mommy panicked and banged and shouted for 5 mins before she heard someone said, " Nanti !! " Poor mommy's thumb was swollen after the constant banging and her voice became hoarse too after shouthing for 5 mins >.<

Mommy told me she didn't thought of using her shoes to bang on the door of the lift and the torchlight of her HP because she was panicked jor lar... She scared she'll fainted inside due to lack of oxygen so she banged and shouted until someone responded. Heng ah, she was out of that cursed lift after 15 mins because the Kompleks has their own generator.It seems that the Kompleks was frequently having blackouts according to mommy's friend.

Our poor PM wasn't so lucky lor, but at least he wasn't alone when he was trapped inside the lift.

If this situation happens to me, I think I would cry buckets, panicked, banged and shouted too.Maybe even develop phobia and nightmare....Scary lar, iye... *touchwood*

I was pretty surprised today ( 31/1/09 ) when i learned of Shin's demise in 中国报 today.I remembered the first time i've heard of this gutsy lady was in the channel 8 programme, 星期二特写. She inspired me to think positively & be more cheerful.Even my FB & net friend, Eunice could sensed the difference in me ^^ She was indeed a brave & couragerous lady who despire of her own critical condition remained optimistic & adamant to fight her disease even though it was the final stage of breast cancer.

CNY gathering in Old Town Cafe 24/1/2009

Tada!! Just the 3 of us attend the CNY gathering this year at Old Town Cafe this year at 24/1/09. I know i know, it's before CNY but our sweet May Lee requested for this day coz she is going back on the 2nd day of CNY >.< ( so fast geh !!! ) Susan and Katrina couldn't make it .... A Cancer Killer in your Kitchen

The powerful healing effects of ginger have been well documented. It's a
proven remedy for upset stomach. Reams of studies show that it
inhibitsinflamation. And there is substantial evidence that it fights
cancer, too.
For instance, a recent University of Michigan study showed that when
ginger was added to ovarian cancer cells in the laboratory, it caused the

cancer cells into mice that were bred to have no immune system.
Half of these mice were routinely fed gingerol, the main active component

longer, their tumors were smaller, and the cancer did not spread as widely
as in the control group.

With all these health benefits, you should be using ginger as often as you
can. The best way I've found to get a healthy serving of ginger is to juice
it. (The brand of juicer I use is an Omega.) Two or three days a week, I
juice an apple or two, some carrots, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, and a big
piece of ginger root. The ginger gives the drink a great flavor and a
powerful anti-cancer kick. I highly recommend that you try it.

Saying 'No'‏

Are you saying "yes" to things you don't really want to do? Are you taking on more than you can reasonably handle? Are you spending less time on yourself and your loved ones because your schedule is too intense?

If you have trouble saying "no", you're not alone. We all find ourselves in situations where we say "yes" to others when we really want to say "no". For example, the friend who insists on buying you another round, the boss who sees you as the willing workhorse, or the mother-in-law who invites herself to stay.

You may think you are being "Mr Nice Guy" by going along with these requests but you know what? When you give in too easily and too often, people simply see you as an easy target to exploit. You've exposed your weakness and they will impose on you time and again.

Reacting angrily to what you might see as an unreasonable request is equally inappropriate. It may result in you being seen as hostile. In the workplace an angry refusal to do a piece of work may brand you as being un-cooperative.

The only viable solution that does not upset others or make you feel bad is the assertive one.

A good definition of assertiveness is when you stand up for your rights while accepting the rights of others. For example, if you're not contractually obliged to do what you're being asked, you have the right to say "no", just as much right as the other person to ask you. If a problem develops, resolve to work together on a solution. Try to reach a mutual compromise, rather than always compromising yourself.

Here's how you can learn to say no assertively.

Make "no" the first word out of your mouth so that others can see there is no hesitation or doubt. Remind yourself that they'll respect you more for being so definite.

Think through your fears about their possible reactions. Be rational about them. Don't let the fear of what they might think of you force you to do something you don't want to do.

Use a clear, assertive style: no ifs and buts, no excuses, no apologising. Thank the person for considering you for the request; say you are flattered and honoured.

And don't feel as though you have to find solutions to their problem; don't dwell on it afterwards or feel responsible for their problem.

Reclaim the time that's rightfully yours.

Went with Ah Wee to the Amway Shop on 11/8/08 evening....and never have i expected it was people mountain people sea ( 人山人海 ) in the shop.....Whew, it is really difficult moving in the shop when it's so crowded there.... Amway certainly is successful ..... being on the recruiting part for i saw so many youngster already queuing in the shop with their full basket ( psst... like no need $$ one when u saw them buying >.< ) But to tell the truth .... it's really convenient for it's member if they wanted to buy their Amway goods immediately..... The shelves are packed with haircare ( Satinique ), cosmetics( Artistry , if i not mistaken ) , nutrition , body care, dish washer, food , jewellery, ..... think what u want also can find..... like 杂货店 ROFLMAO

One thing that interested me was that i saw lots of male trying out the makeup foundation on another male's face in public..... So vain, huh ?? They were telling their male friend how good the product works and keep applying on his male friend's face and they also show no sign of response when i took their pic a little further away.... ( maybe unaware i took their pic , bah .....kakakaka )

I was browsing around undecided what to buy when i saw some sanitary pad ( yes !! Amway sells them !!! ) and decided to buy the pantyliner and the night use pack ....to my surprise, my cousin Ah Wee also decided to buy some....( of coz not he use lar !!!! ) He told me he wanted to buy for samples to show his customers....wahahaha. Then we decided to queue up to pay but when we saw the incredible long queue, we decided to go back without buying anything since i was tired , too being in the shop for nearly 2 hours !!!

An Enjoyable Hari Raya Puasa ^^

LOL We are not celebrating Hari Raya or anything, just that I got 2 days off coz of Hari Raya public holiday. Mommy, Aunt YC and I decided to go to BP Mall for some shopping. Little did I expect, I managed to find a dress that I like very much and to my amazement, Aunt YC decided to buy that dress for my belated ( or advance ) birthday present ^^ Yippee !!
And I also promised to treat her to 旺角茶餐厅 for a bite later ~~ and so we continued our shopping till it was around 4.30 pm when we decided to go to the 旺角茶餐厅 for a bite first before continuing our shopping spree..... heee ...We ordered 鸳鸯鱼扒焗意大力面，羊扒铁板餐(set meal) and 冬瓜龙眼热茶. Yummy.....
Then at ard 7.30 pm Aunt YC's husband called to ask us to go to 旺角茶餐厅 for dinner this time!!! So we have our double dose of 旺角茶餐厅 in one day ROFL

Went to the local hospital for follow checkup on 18/9/08 and the doctor took my blood pressure with the old type of blood pressure set ( the one with the pumping type) and i didnt know if she knew how to operate that set coz when she pumped and pumped, my arm was really painful....
When i got back that day.... my arms aslo bruised liow >.<

Calvin & Joreen Wedding Day

We (my family) went to Calvin's house as early as 9 am and discovered he had left to fetch the bride and be back before 10 am for the 'yum cha' ceremony. Uncle Richard, Aunt YC, Aunt May & uncle Mike arrived a bit later than us and we had breakfast together.
Suddenly uncle Richard's hp received sms from uncle Joyip that Calvin and bride was on their way back and everybody get ready for the bride's arrival and ' yum cha' ceremony.
And after the 'yum cha' ceremony, some planned to go shopping while yours truly prefers to go back home again (parking and feeding 轻舞飞扬 lar) hehehehe.......
Actually, weeks before the wedding, Calvin already assigned an important task for me.....sit at the restaurant front to help collect ang pows on his behalf..... Luckily, my mommy and aunt Millie also help me to collect angpows.... and aunt Pauline being kind, take some of the fruit punch that the restaurant offered for us but the fruit punch really looked like Listerine and really put off those faint-hearted people. ROFL
Thankfully the wedding dinner went smoothly.

The day before Calvin's wedding

Sorry....this is a long delayed post...... actually the event is on 13/9/08 where it's one day before Calvin's wedding ^^ Met up with Aunt May and Uncle Mike in the noon after i juz knocked off from work. They juz arrived with Aunt YC and uncle Richard, too.
After they had their lunch,all of us proceeded to Calvin's house where i was assigned the job of writing the guests name onto a manila card prepared earlier by Calvin while the rest are admiring the photo shoot of Calvin and Joreen in Perth on DVD.It took me about 30 minutes to complete the task ^^ and while aunt May and uncle Mike wanted to go to aunt YC's house for a rest, i also decided to go back for a rest ( actually, park my cars and feed my 轻舞飞扬 ) .
My brother, Patrick arrived around 4pm and joined us for dinner at Calvin's house at around 7 pm.
The photos above can see Kenrick eating and posing with Li Ling, Mommy with aunt May, Patrick receiving a gift from aunt May and the wines we had that nite , yum yum... :P

Mid-Autumn Festival Concert

Accompany mommy to Summit Parade Outdoor Car Park for her Cantonese Opera performance at 6.15 pm on Sunday.We went early so that got place to seat ourselves, lolz. The Tanglung festival or Mid-Autumn Festival was organized by 峇株吧辖中华公会青年团 and will start at 7 pm sharp according to mommy..... Still they started late....and mommy's performance is the 4th around 7.40 pm after the Chinese Wushu performance....I had to be the mommy's cameragal to take her pics when she was on stage performing but due to the poor lighting outdoor...the results wasnt that satisfactory >.<>and the 舞龙表演. The 舞龙 is disappointing coz the dragon isnt glowing in the dark much as i expect it to be.

Eye Shadow

Hmmm, in spite of my hastiness yesterday morning before going for work, i actually forgot to apply my eye shadow. It's the stupid Streamyx's fault coz it DC just before i was going to shift my last batch of cars!! Grrrr.....Then i got panicked and shifted late and somemore my good friend's ice-cream truck was not waiting for me at our dedicated street *sulk and more sulking*
It was until late afternoon when i almost knocking off from my work that it suddenly occured to me that i forgot to apply eye shadow yesterday :/ ROFLMAO

Yes, on my way to work this morning......we past though the usual route and HOLYCOW!!! Roadblock along the whole stretch of Jalan Rahmat at 8.15am !!!! Then we found out that there was rehearsals for the upcoming National Day on 31st August 2008 and hence they decided to practice at this ungodly hour ??? Didn't they know how many peoples are going to be late for work???? *sulk and more sulk*
I finally reached my office at 8.30am...just right and i was a little early today, too. Imagine if i went to the office at the usual 8.15am, I would be late!!!! Well, made up our mind not to past thru Jalan Rahmat on my way to work tomorrow and the day after and the day after .....until after 31st August ...*giggles* ......just to be on the safe side ^^

Stormy Night 狼羊物语

This is a wonderful cartoon that teaches us the values of friendship. I borrowed the DVD from my nephew , Kenrick Koh last week.I was in tears watching the touching ending.I never thought i would cry watching cartoon again.The last cartoon that made me cry was watching ' Lion King '. LOL Don't ask me why i cry, i just feel emotional watching those touching scenes.

A goat named Mei wanders into a barn during the night for shelter from a storm. In the barn, the goat finds another refugee. Rhythm in Batu Pahat

Went to Grand Sea View Restaurant on the 21st August 2008 with mommy at 7 pm to attend the Chinese High School Musical Concert 2008.Arrived very early and met and had a small chat with the Headmistress of the school who just arrived about the same time as us.We went in first and handed over the 2 tickets which was courtesy of mommy's colleague.Then we were each given a bottle of mineral water and a small booklet after which we were being ushered to our place. ( Gave me the feeling of like in the cinema *giggles* )
The musical concert started at 8 pm sharp with the Headmistress giving a welome speech followed by the ribbon cutting and gong beating ceremony.After that 2 master of ceremony came on stage to introduce the programme with one speaking in Mandarin and the other in English.Those were the performances that night - 24 drum ( 24节令鼓 ) , Choir, Chinese Orchestra , Guitar rendition of the song ' Take me home, Country Road' ，Stringed instruments group present those classics like ' Finale from Symphony no:5 ' ， Solo singing, Wind instruments group,and the orchestra music group (harmonious combination of chinese musical instruments and the western symphony).
The song i liked best was from the 24 drum combined with the Chinese musical instrument performing the famous Kitaro's song- Matsuri. Every performance received thunderous applause and the mini concert ended at near 10 pm.

New Office

Interview

Went to an interview today on 10 am at Taman Bukit Perdana.Was met by Mr. Kuok who opened the door for me and ushered me to an office where he wants to interview me later. Actually talked to Mr.Kuok on the hp yesterday and confirmed the time to meet today. His father is one of the shareholders of the famous Batu Pahat biscuit maker, Hup Seng Sdn Bhd.
Told me he is looking for someone to manage his accounts and do some clerical works mostly like issueing cheques, payment voucher, write reports, do some letters translations from English to Bahasa Malaysia. My working hours will be from 8.30 am to 5 pm , Mon to Fri and Sat 8.30 am to 12.30 pm with 3 months probation.
Called me at around 2pm++ on my hp to confirm my salary and i will start work tomorrow. So exciting ^^

7th Month Prayer

It's that time of the year again..... Ghost month..... Mommy's association will held the prayers ritual at the 追远词 at the back of the association and 普渡 celebration at front.Should be very noisy at night but luckily it's not near those housing estate ^^ Think those 歌台 singer also disappeared coz i am very sure i haven't heard their muffled faraway voices for 2-3 years already.
Anyway, mommy and I decided to go early to pay our respects to my maternal great grandmother, grandfather and grandmother at the 追远词 there.Heard that the ceremony only starts at 8 pm and lots of the committee members already grumbling because late means the feast also will start late :/
So when it's around 8 pm and the deputy president of the association together with some others association's member had arrived, the ceremony started with the lion dance ( lion paying respect to the ancestor altar and 采青 ), then the member's paying respect and then feasting time :P

Love Charity Concert in Malaysia 9th Aug 2008

Went to the concert with mommy in Chinese High School on Saturday night to attend the Love Charity Concert by Soprano Emi Mori and pianist accompanist Prof.Shiro Yamamoto.I was reluctant to go at first because hearing soprano singing isn't exactly my cup of tea. But out of curiousity when i heard that the Japanese lady could converse in Mandarin, i agreed to attend the concert :P Arrived at CHS at around 7.30 pm and those person-in-charge sticked a sticker to our attires.The concert took place in Chinese High School Lecture Hall on the 2nd Floor at 8pm.The concert was organized by 峇株吧辖中华公会合唱团。
Soon, the hall was full of people coming to attend the concert and i wonder if their purpose is the same as mine ^^ just to see the renowned Japanese lady. The concert began at around 8.10 pm when the Soprano Emi Mori and Pianist Accompanist Prof.Shiro Yamamoto made their appearances. The concert started right away when Prof. Shiro hit a note and Emi started belting out song after song with a break of 5 mins between 4 songs.
Soon, it's intermission time of 15 mins after the 11th song and i told mommy i couldn't understand what she sang unless that is a Mandarin song lolz. As you know, soprano always sings in those foreign language that you couldn't comprehend at all =.= So actually it's a bit of a torture ....at least to me.Emi couldn't speak Mandarin at all while it's Prof.Shiro who could speak Mandarin =.= His Mandarin however contains a heavy Japanese accent and we had to strain our ears to hear his Mandarin properly :/ Emi however can speak a little English to all of us ^^ But i couldn't agree more that Emi looks gorgeous in person so it's a pity that she made a quick exit as soon as the concert ended.

It rained today for the almost the whole morning from 10am to 12pm ++. We had to cancel our plan to go out when we saw the dark dark sky glooming at a distance.It certainly didn't cheer me up even a tiny bit, thanks to the dark sky and heavy rain.

And like the weather, my mood's been gloomy lately, too.Don't know why it's like that..... I admit i am restless recently mostly pondering about my future,my finance status and trivial issues.That's why my blog's posts was decreasing at an alarming rate.There's not much happening lately anyway.

The only thing that cheered me up at least a little was when i am listening to the songs that my net friend from Hong Kong, Ben 哥 sent me last night at the moment.I enjoyed chatting with him over the net and he never failed to cheer me up unknowingly.He's been my net friend for about 2 years, i think.Told me he wasn't working yesterday because of a typhoon in HK.And we ended up sending songs to each other via Skype.Told me he liked 光亮's 童话 and i sent him the latest songs from 光亮's 不会分离 and 双子座.The songs he sent to me was all those 失恋's song.Asked him why all songs he sent was 失恋's song and he said that's because he's never 失恋 before lolz. Great sense of humour huh? Perhaps that's what attracted me to chat with him. He even planned to sing Cantonese opera 化蝶 with me over Skype last time roflmao.He's a great guy with a great sense of humour. ^^

It was a chinese classical singing competition held at my mommy's school yesterday.She was busy doing the preparation some months ago.... contacting others school as far as Johor Bahru, Pontian, Kluang,Malacca,Kulai,Yong Peng,Muar and Sungai Mati to get information about the songs for the competition, how many students and cheerleaders are coming.
The competition started as early as 9.20am but mommy has to be there before 7.30am as she will have to collect donations,the food expenses and registrations of the students.
She also asked me month ago whether i am interested in coming along with her as she knew i love attending as a audience for any singing competition.At first i was reluctant when i heard that it was going to be chinese classical songs competition but after hearing the long forgotten songs like 星星索，把根留住，归来吧，龙的传人，在那银色沙滩上 i knew i will regret if i don't go.....as i discovered some more nicer chinese classical songs like 华灯圆舞曲，百灵鸟你那美妙的歌手,牧笛.
What amazed me was that those students can actually sang those difficult songs with ease without mike,just a piano accompaniment. Emmm, they must've put lots of efforts and hard work into it...
It wasn't until 4.30pm that the competition finished and the judges had a hard time deciding who is the winner and which school will be the champion this time.By 5pm the Johor Bahru school emerged as the champion as all of the students competing has won themselves a trophy.

Sick This Time

It must have been the air-condition fault that i am feeling sick now.... actually there wasn't too serious or anything, no fever, just some coughing if my throat feels itchy...and a blocked nose when i wants to sleep.....Mommy asked me to go visit a doctor....it must have been my persistence coughing at night that have been causing her sleepless night....Ah...i was so guilty when she made that remark... ok lor...so off i went to my family's doctor who examined me and said that there was no inflammation but said that my persistence coughing was causing me to lose my voice >.<
Sigh~~~ That means i can't practice my singing and no more cold drinks and fruits especially oranges and durian.

Uncle finally finished experimenting my pc and declared that i can take it back.Guess he treated my pc as a guinea pig +.+ But come back to think of it, he helped me saved $$ :P Hurray!! My pc is going to come out of the much dreaded ICU.
I had to connect all sockets back and download MSN....blah blah.Quite a handful lar.
Going to dinner tonight with mommy at the Grand Sea View :P It's a fund raising dinner and charity show organized by the Lion Club of Batu Pahat. Got my free ticket coutesy of mommy's good friend.Arrived at the dinner venue as early as 6 pm :/ The programme started 30 minutes late :( and everyone was complaining that an international organization such as Lion Club should at least be more punctual. There was the National Anthem 'Negaraku' being played and followed by the opening ceremony performance( 二十四节令鼓）by students from Chinese High School.Then came the boring part--> speeches and more speeches by the organizing chairman Lion,Semerah representative,Penggaram representative and lastly Deputy Minister of Education.It was gong beating and ribbon cutting ceremony next and presentation of Donation and presentation of mementoes and awards later.
The entertainment segment was performed by 大马林淑娟 who sang 3 songs followed by 张少林 who really entertained the audiences with his funny songs,jokes and antics and his daughter 张晓恩四川特技变脸 performance is really awesome.... the talented young lady with such extraordinary skill got my admiration :P
Last but not least, i got a hamper from the luckydraw programme and the hamper was sponsored by Munchy Food Industries S/B from Batu Pahat.Really lucky that night ^^

Short Happiness

Really happy when uncle said i can take back my pc on Monday evening.Hurray!! No more following mommy to her office to use her office's crappy pc. I know, very bad of me to say that..... but can't stand the slowness of her office's pc....think u can doze off while waiting for a page to load and it kept on hanging! Duh!! Sigh, my fault for not having the beautiful virtue of being patience.......
Okay, back to my pc..... It kept restarting over and over when i switched it on..... Oh my god!!!!Why like that??? Uncle told me there were some bad sectors in my hard disc and he managed to clean that using low-level format ....... Decided to take CPU back to uncle again the next day >.<

Uncle Joy Heng and Aunt Siew Chin arrives

Friday was such a busy day.... we took our CPU to the uncle and my own 5th uncle and auntie came back from Australia for a vacation.Lucky they came back coz i'll be so boring without my pc.
Actually they came back on the 3rd of July but they went to JB to settle their personal business first so it's only on the 11th that they came back to BP to visit us. Accompanied them for breakfast on Saturday morning and we planned to go BP Mall for shopping together after a delicious Assam Fish lunch together... but a strange twist of event ended only mommy and i went to BP Mall :S Hmmm, bad planning by my 4th aunt who wanted to bring little Kenrick along for shopping but ended up staying back at home.....Walao.....
Anyway, i managed to accompany my 5th uncle and aunt to BP Mall the next day to shop for his dancing VCD and my gosh.... they bought lots of clothing,facial cleansing stuffs and a pair of shoe that Aunt Siew Chin fancy :P

Mommy was complaining of the limited Chinese font choices in Microsoft Word.Apparantly,the uncle who formatted my pc last time forgot to install them.Really very jia lat.....So, while we happened to go near his shop on Thursday nmorning, mommy suggested that we asked the uncle to lend us the CD with the font so that i can install them myself at home. Good idea, hor? Then later at night when i tried to install the font into my pc,some errors occured and i decided to take my CPU to the uncle and ask him to help me install instead.Later in the evening when i wanted to collect back my CPU only did he tell us that my hard disc got problems and he needed to test it first. *grumble grumble*
Sigh!! That's how my CPU was admitted into ICU for about one week!!! God's sake!!! Really suay lor!!

2nd Shopping Trip

It's my second shopping trip to date.LOL It's public holiday for the Johor's state yesterday so thought of going to BP Mall for some serious shopping.LOL Well, only arrived at the mall at around lunch time yesterday and went straight to Sushi King for lunch.
Think it's around 3 pm b4 i finally went upstairs browsing around and went into this Skinfood shop( all Korean products) and bought an eye brow pencil(RM 14.50)for mommy.The salesperson-in-charge recommended some Black Sugar Mask to me and gave me a sample ^^. Isn't that sweet of her ? :P Then we went to a music shop beside it and mommy bought 3 vcds for her dancing purposes.After that went to the Pacific Departmental Shop and i couldn't resist a white jacket so i bought it( RM 34.95) after 50% discount and mommy bought 4 blouses ( 2 for RM 15.87 and 2 for RM 18.87) and a skirt all under 70% discount. Looks like mommy couldn't resist such good buys, too.LOL
I was getting exhausted after all those shopping, of course and hurried mommy to go back at around 6 pm ++

Home Alone

LOL This is not the sequel or summary of that 80's blockbuster movie Home Alone. I am home alone this weekend because my mommy has gone to Taiping, Perak representing 广东会馆妇女组 for meeting there. She went with the president of the association, his lady and a singer to represent her association in BP. Dinner with the karaoke competition will starts at 8 pm tonight but they have to arrive at the location as early as 6 pm :/
Mommy will have her meeting at tomorrow morning , Sunday and will come back ASAP after that :P

This is a touching poem dedicated to the victims of the 512 Sichuan Earthquakes. Mommy handed me this newspaper cutting yesterday and asked me to read it. I read it aloud feeling touched but what touches my heart is the introductory part of the author of the poem.
The author, 黄思雨 is a standard five student from Sichuan 映秀镇primary school.She was rescued during the earthquake but in order to save her live, she has to had her left leg cut off.The nurses claimed she was the bravest little girl they have ever seen because immediately after the operation without any family members to accompany her, she endured the pain without shedding even a tear.She likes dancing since young and after removing the limb, she still adamant to be a dancer.
I was in tears after reading it feeling ashamed of myself and can't help feeling so lucky to have my mommy by my side before and after my own operation.I don't think i can be as brave and strong as her.
The poem goes like this :

Kwong Siew Association 85th Anniversary Dinner

My mom started preparing her notes once she was being elected as the compere that night.She did put in lots of efforts into producing her notes on the history of her association, their activities, her woman's division activities and so on.Think she used about 1 week to do that on my pc.
Well, the celebration began on Fri,27/6/08 when outstation guests started to arrive and she had to welcome and entertain them during a welcome dinner held specially for them. The actual anniversary celebration is actually on Sat,28/6/08 where there will be meetings in the morning, one group photo in the afternoon and the dinner at night. There was this 'Beautiful Mum Contest' being held during the anniversary dinner.Having seen the other contestants for the contest, i honestly feel that my mom is the most gorgeous mom although she wasn't taking part in the contest.She looks fantastic wearing a black lace dress with a transparent material at her waist( to emphasize her slim waist) hosting the ceremony. Best of all, most of her friends told me that my mom looks pretty that night :P I am so proud of her. ^^

Just finished watching this great TVB drama from Hong Kong.Starred by Myolie Wu and Andy Hui. The movie is generally about a fat girl looking for love and the difficulties she encountered while looking for her prince charming.
The story started when Fei Tien(Myolie), an Chinese-Phillipines fled to Hong Kong to run away from her father who always arranges blind dates for her. She met Tai Sei Hei(Andy) while on the plane to Hong Kong and become his object of ridicule. Nevertheless, Fei Tien decided to find work in Hong Kong to pay for her living expenses.As fate has it, Fei Tien happened to work in Tai Sei Hei's boutique and the quarrels and misunderstandings between the two of them started.
A strange twist of events brought them together in Philippines when Tai Sei Hei lost his memory and Fei Tin played a prank on him claiming that he is her boy friend. LOL What started as a simple prank turned into romance when they fell in love.They got married at last after lots of obstacles.
The moral of the drama is to have confidence no matter what sizes u are. I did learns from that as i myself always feel not confidence enough >.<

First Shopping Trip :P

It was my first shopping trip since the accident last year. Went to Carrefour with mum to do a little shopping. At first we thought of going to Kampung Merdeka to 'yumcha' with her good friends but unfortunately one of her good friend got to go to Pontian so the 'yumcha' session was cancelled. We decided to go to Carrefour to have our breakfast since mum heard that it opens as early as 8.30 am !! We had our breakfast at a malay mamak shop. Both of us ordered Roti Prata. But when the food arrived, they were such BIG portion. We finished them as we had decided it will last us till dinner time LOLZ
After the breakfast, we went in to look see look see and mum ended up buying a pair of pump shoe at the price of RM 16.90(fairly cheap). I bought a facial toner, a milk cleanser,some sushi, a box of ice-cream,yogurt and Yakult while mum bought some vegetables and fruits.We've shopping for around 1.5 hours before i felt some soreness in my injured leg and decided it's time to go home.

I went to hospital for follow-up appointment today and after scrutinizing my x-ray, he told me that i don't have to rely on the walking frame to walk around anymore. Whoa whoa...isn't that good news ? I am delighted, of course...Been waiting for this type of permission long since before CNY but that time i was still in pretty bad shape...>.<
But the doctor also mentioned that I have to undergo another operation to take out the metal plating that's inside my left thigh end of next year +.+ That depends on my decision, of course but after asking what are the consequences if i chooses not to take it out, i decided to follow my doctor's advice.Gee, that's scary...another operation....going to freak me out again :(
Well, someone told me that's still a long time to worry about and i guess he is true...Why spoiling my good mood now? I got to learn how to walk again maybe because i was too relying on the frame and i think i lost my confidence to walk properly again :/ Hmmm, have to learn like a baby on how to walk again :S My walking is unstable now and i hope to walk properly before that function on Friday night :P What to do ?? They say practice makes perfect :P

Blood Test

I went to the hospital this morning to take some blood for tests.Those blood tests results will be sent to my doctor so that during my next appointment with him, he can have the results and therefore diagnose my condition accurately.But why can't I take my blood on the day of my appointment?? Haiz, because the nurses and doctors said those blood results won't be ready if I took the blood test on the day of my appointment :/ So much for efficiency , huh? But there is nothing I can do .... so follow what they asked me to do lar.... take blood one week before the appointment :S
Okay, so i went to this room specially for blood taking. There was 2 nurses inside and the nurse who attended to me told me that she needed to take quite a lot of blood for the tests.The first time she inserted the needle into my arm, just a squirt of blood come out into the syringe only arg..... then she changed the needle position in my arm to try to get my blood out.... still no sign of my blood....heee ..... Actually, my blood veins are very tiny one and it'll need an expert to take my blood successfully without causing me any more agony.So all in all she got my blood on the 3rd attempt (faintz) and used up 3 needle's and both my left and right arm were injured(okay, i was exaggerating....hehe) Think she took around 10ml of my blood!!!! I am definitely going to be anaemic after this >.< My friend commented that the nurse must be cock-eye one ROFL

I nearly roll off my chair laughing when someone asked me this question a few days ago: Is Faye Wong the daughter of Wong Fei Hong? Well, what about u? Can u tell who's who ? LMAO The person who posed that question is one of my Facebook friend.I guess it's because they happened to share the same surname Wong?? But it's not the same surname in Chinese. One being 王非 while the other one is 黄飞鸿. Ah, so u can see why he is confuse now ? Hehe.And if u pronounce their surnames in Cantonese,u'll know why, coz both surname is Wong.Hmmm, guess he never listen to songs?? or we suffer from generation gap ?? Oh dear, because Faye Wong's been singing since 1987 but shot to fame only in 1992 with her famous rendition of Broken Hearted Woman.Oh my gosh....what's he been missing?? She is also an actress, singer, songwriter and model.Her face could be seen in lots of advertisements of Head & Shoulders and Pepsi Cola in China, Hongkong and Taiwan.She also graced the cover of Elle, Vogue, Marie Claire, Female and lots more.How come i know so much about her? Well, She's my idol since 1993 when i heard her song, No Regrets 执迷不悔. I've been collecting her CDs , singing her songs, and watching her dramas and movies.... I just adore her.
Now, who's Wong Fei Hong, then? He is a famous martial arts master,also a practitioner of Chinese Traditional Medicine.He also got lots of apprentices who learnt martial arts from him. There's been lots of his fighting movies since late 1940s to 1960s.Well, I bet my dear friend is a fan of Wong Fei Hong.
I think i know why he linked Wong Fei Hong to Faye Wong now. He must've seen me joining Faye Wong's group in Facebook and decided to ask me...... I guess he is happy to know the truth from me because he told me he used Faye Wong as his new profile message: XXX really thought that Faye Wong is Wong Fei Hong's daughter until someone burst the bubble. As I am recuperating at home now, all i do nowadays includes helping around the house (simple house chores), reading and of course surfing the internet to kill off my boredom. So where do i go mostly on the net ? :P:P Tempting , rite ?? Of course go Facebook lar....

I know i am terrible as some of my friends claimed because there's daily to do list in Facebook, too. Every day, i got to park my cars, train my fleet of vampire, werewolf, zombie and slayer,feed my fluff pet, Cutie and Haikoo pet, Adorable , race my cars,plane and motorbike. Then i got to feed my virtual babies too, send invites for Billionaires, send lil green patch invites( I got about 100++ unattend requests for it at the moment,faintz!!) and last but not least, got to go collect daily bucks for logging into Friends for sales, Hotties for sales, You're a Hottie, Owned, Human Pets, Make a Baby, 收买朋友，Blackjack, Texas Poker. Whew!! Quite impressive rite?

I don't deny that IT IS indeed time consuming spending so much time playing.Hmmm..... made up my mind to spring clean Facebook applications next week ( I've already spring cleaned thrice, i think) Just keep a few should be enough.... 这该死的爱

This is an Korean drama that i had just finished watching online. Been watching it for the past 2 weeks .The storyline is quite sad as many viewers complained about how tragic the fate of the lovers.It has Rain( the famous Korean actor/singer) as the lead actor and in this movie he is supposed to seek revenge against his brother's girlfriend,En Xi who had indirectly caused his brother to become a human vegetable after a fall. And as you have predicted it, yes, he fell in love with En Xi who is suppose to be his enemy!!! Oh god.... the plots got more complicated when it involved Rain's girlfriend and another tycoon's son got tangled into quite messy relationships :/ In short, their love is forbidden and lastly both Rain and the woman he loved died in each others arms. A sad ending which left the viewers complaining that they preferred to watch Rain in another successful Korean drama, Full House.

Ah, i was just continuing with my teacher's assignment when i was schooling last time where she wanted everyone of us to write a synopsis for the story book that we had read ^^

An Outing

Mama brought me out today.We went to her friend's house at Banang Heights.It's those semi-detach bungalow.It's spacious both outside and inside of the house.We were greeted by her three dogs when we reached her house.Luckily she locked up all three dogs at a corner.It looked as though the dogs can just simply cross over the barrier and come down sniffing at me and barking at the same time.But the owner's of the dogs assured me that those doggies can't cross over and come out. Whew!! That was close for i am terrified of dogs of any kind, really. Even u assured me that it is harmless, i think i will shout whenever a dog come near me. Don't know when did i develop a phobia for dog.But i think i was a little scare of all kinds of animals, insects .

So, after i walked out of sight of those noisy barking dogs, they quieten down,too.We chatted with mum's friends for about two hours when mum decided that we should make our move.Just when we went outside ready to go back but still out of those dogs view, they started to bark again :/ I must have admitted that they have really good nose.Actually, they are harmless as their owner claimed but it's those barking that made me feel nervous and terrified >.<

And off we went back since mama got to work in the afternoon. She said that i ought to come out of the house more often to feel the fresh air and the sun. Well, i couldn't agree more since each outings made me more cheerful ^^

Fuel Price Increase >.<

There was this news yesterday that fuel price will increase again *sigh* And i thought that it was increased not long ago !! Furthermore, it will increase 78 cents this time, mind you !!! That's 41% according to the statistics from the news last night. An increase from RM 1.92 to RM 2.70 !!! Faint !! How are the people going to survive in future?? Some are already contemplating walking and cycling as alternatives. The prices will also increase dramatically for other things like groceries and all sorts.
And i heard that the petrol kiosks in my city are fully packed with cars wanting to fill up their petrol tanks and thus causing a massive traffic jam last night.

My brother Patrick from KL did MSN me to remind Mum to fill up her petrol tank but luckily Mum had already pumped petrol one day earlier and thus saving time queuing to pump petrol last night.

I also heard from my good friend just now that there will an increase in the price for electricity next month >.< Those electricity bills that exceed RM 44 will not be affected while those exceeded RM 44 will experience a whopping increase of 26% in their electricity bills. Didn't that sound like another daylight robbery?? Sigh...

Think i will walk and use fan for cooling purpose in future in order to save fuel and electricity....What do u think? Good idea ??? LOL

Time Flies Sigh

I remembered vividly the date 4/6/07 when i was holidaying in Shanghai, China with my mum. We went there with a Malaysian tour group. The itinerary included Suzhou,Nanjing, Wu xi,Wu Zhen and Shanghai. We made some friends during the trip,but the ones who left an impression is a little boy and Xiao Lin.

The little boy was there to accompany his grandparents. Well, it seems that his parents paid for his trip to accompany his grandparents. His mission is to take care of his grandmother because she suffered from arthritis and walked slowly whilst his grandfather walked quickly once we reached a new destination. >.< He would helped his grandmother out of the bus and waited patiently as she tried to walk slowly , trying to catch up with us. Then there's Xiao Lin with her hubby-to-be on an advanced honeymoon to Shanghai and they happens to be in my tour, too. We ( Xiao Lin and her hubby, little boy and yours truly) happened to be the youngest in our tour group.We would sat together during mealtimes and we would tempted the little boy into drinking beer with us. Then his face would turned tomato red due to the alcoholic content of the beer( exactly it's very mild beer to us :P) and we would teased him mercilessly. ROFL Ah, Those happy moments .............

I also managed to met with Lawrence while on Shanghai.He is one of my Skype net friend and we have already arrange to meet up when i was in Shanghai. We met on the second last day of our Shanghai trip and he did look like the boy in the photo that he given me when we first chatted online :P Our rendezvous took only about an hour and we exchanged souvenirs. I gave him a Sammi Cheng phone card ( for China use only)and a bottle of 保济丸 since he suffered from mild stomach discomfort. He gave me a sachet of potpourri ( ah, the fragrance is so nice :P) He even requested to take some photos with me as remembrance ^^ Finally the day for us to leave Shanghai arrived and good byes were exchanged. I wish that day would never arrived but it did. I'll never forget those happy memories .......

The Difference between Happiness and Suffering ( Two dining rooms)

This is a story that i came across today and i liked it so much that i've decided to put it down to my blog .......

Long ago there lived a boy who learned about heaven and hell while working hard at learning the Buddha's teachings. He meditated in the front of his Buddha image, wondering "What is hell like? What is heaven like? I want to know more about the difference!"

That night, he dreamed of a Buddha. "Hello, little boy," the Buddha said to him. "You asked to know more about heaven and hell. First, I will show you hell."

In his dream, the boy was taken to a blue door. As he got closer, it opened without a sound. He carefully stepped through the door, and inside was a dining room. He saw a beautiful table with delicious-looking dishes of meat and fish and piles of fruit spread all over it. It was the most wonderful feast he had ever seen.

"How could this place be hell?" the boy wondered.

Then, suddenly, appearing out of nowhere, ghosts began to gather. Restless and impatient, they were unhappy and scary-looking. The boy had never seen anything like them before.

When all the ghosts were finally seated, they picked up their chopsticks. The chopsticks started to grow, becoming longer and longer and longer, until they were all a yard (a meter) long. The ghosts tried to eat with their long chopsticks, but they couldn't. Even when they could pick something up, they couldn't put it into their mouths. They tried again and again, but it was no use. Frustrated, they started getting upset and fighting with each other.

Suddenly, the back doors of the dining room opened, and a large gaping black hole appeared. Mealtime was over. The ghosts were still very hungry, but they disappeared into the dark hole.

The Buddha turned to the boy and said, "You look so sad. Now let me show you the dining room in heaven."

Quietly, another door opened to a dining room that looked exactly like the room in hell.

"What's the difference?" he wondered. Just then, happy-looking people started to quietly gather around the table. "But how are they going to eat with those same long chopsticks?" the boy asked.

After sitting down, the people began picking up food with their very long chopsticks and, instead of trying to feed themselves, they began putting the food into the mouths of the people sitting on the other side of the table. They took turns feeding each other, giving the other person whatever they wanted to eat. They enjoyed the meal so much!

"You see," said the Buddha gently, "the rooms are the same. It all depends on your heart. Your kindness makes heaven."

The boy nodded and said, "Thank you so much for showing me the two worlds. Now I understand. The difference between heaven and hell is in the hearts of people themselves!"

The Buddha smiled and said good-bye to the boy, just as he awoke from the dream. But he never forgot the teaching, and helped many other people to find the difference between heaven and hell.

Lindt Lindor White Chocolate

Finally I couldn't resist the temptation to devour the Lindt Lindor White Chocolate bought by my cousin, Coryn. The white chocolates were delivered by her brother, Calvin to me yesterday. We (Coryn and I) chatted late last night on the MSN and she wanted me to eat one tiny piece of it daily :P Very nice of her.... She said that since white chocolate is made of milk, it will be good for my bones LOL

Well, they are kept in the refrigerator once my cousin Calvin brought them to my house so they would melt away in this hot weather.(Think he must have taken them out from his fridge) Ah, the nice and beautiful box of Lindt made me couldn't bear to eat it coz they really look nice but when i put one tiny piece into my mouth, it melted ....ooooo That was unbelievably delicious! and like nectar from heaven. Suddenly i wanted to finish all at once :P

Beautiful Sunday

It's hot and humid today but it's a beautiful Sunday to me because my aunt Deborah came back from KL and she visited me today :P And my cousin Calvin and his fiancee also came to my house today.... Well, quite a crowd, huh :P My cousin came to my house to pass me some goodies(White Chocolates) he brought back on behalf of his sister in Australia.

Yes, Calvin just came back from Australia not long ago... He went there to have his wedding photos taken by another cousin in Australia, ZW. Those wedding photos are faboulous and well taken if u ask my opinion :P

Soon it was around 1.30 pm and everybody was feeling hungry so we proceed to Oldtown Kopitiam in Carrefour where we ordered some food to fill our stomach. I ordered Oldtown Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun( RM5.50) with a cup of Xi Mut Milk Tea ( 丝袜奶茶）( RM 2.20) . It tasted delicious maybe because I am already feeling peckish at that moment....

We left the Kopitiam at around 3 pm when my aunt Deborah wanted to go back to KL. I do hope there will be outings like this in future whenever she came back to BP to visit me..... :P

This is the first time i have ever written a blog. To me, blog is like an online diary where everyone could read your writings, your inner most secrets and it scared me. I am a very private person and i dreaded if some strangers are reading my post. Yikes!! It'll freak me out for sure.

But why am i here now ?? To write a blog and have everyone read about my feelings and all that. Because I found out that blog have some therapeutic effects for some one like me to vent my frustrations so that all negative thoughts won't get pent-up in my chest.

Yes, i admit i was troubled lately. Why troubled ? Well, i was involved in an accident last year where i had fractured my left leg. Ouch~ It hurts when my mum took me to the hospital and i was admitted to the hospital for treatment. The doctors then performed a surgery to insert a metal plating inside my left leg. So here i am now, sitting at home recuperating. It was boring of course ( it's like the Peace Mode function in Knighthood, an application from Facebook where all u could do is expand and upgrade the buildings in your capital =.="). And apart from that, it's watching online movies and browsing Facebook most of the time ( still wondering why Facebook overtook my life without me knowing it) .

I also heard that it'll take 1-2 years for full recovery and that's the main concern of my troubles. Someone once told me thati should just take it as a long vacation and don't think so much. Yeah, maybe i should try to let go and relax and exercise more... and try to be more optimistic

Yes, Tomorrow will be a better day..... just remember that ;)
